As Director of Client Services, Merritt will be responsible for further enhancing the experience for clients of the outsourced accounting services firm. Among many duties, Merritt will continue development of policies and procedures for the company’s full charge bookkeepers and controllers, development and delivery of training, and development of enhanced financial reporting for clients.
Merritt will lead the team of outsourced bookkeepers, supervisors and controllers to continually develop systems of communication for clients and their accountants using the most innovative solutions in online communication and accounting. Merritt will also work with clients to develop policies and procedures to streamline their accounting services and organize accounting resources to fulfill individual customer needs.

Merritt’s extensive background in both public and private accounting for large and small companies provides the necessary leadership experience to contribute to OSI’s proven success. In her most recent position, portfolio controller, her development of the company’s internal audit program and implementation of corporate policies drove consistency and profitability for her company.
